The cheapest option is to take an "iron" dedicated server from OVH or Hetzner.
There are 2 "buts":
1) Often they take a one-time "installation fee", which makes it profitable to rent for a year or two in a row, and not for a short period.
2) A disk of a fixed size and it is most profitable when you fill this disk with files as much as possible, and not when the disk is half empty. If the volume of files varies significantly, this may not be a profitable option.
