Hosting for Django 2 sites with sqlite3 support?

What hosting would you recommend for a django2 site with sqlite3 and python3?

1. SQLite is a bad option for a production site, even if the load is small. PostgreSQL is our everything, or you can take MySQL.
2. If there is no need to keep a server in the Russian Federation, then I will recommend Hetzner Cloud (excellent price / quality ratio), the price starts from 2.99 Euros (it will be about 230 in rubles, if you pay with a Sberbank card). If you have used less than a month, the payment will be calculated by the hour (from 0.005 Euro per hour)
Such hosting is enough for several sites with a small load,
and a dozen more bots to boot.
Sane technical support, convenient web face, and in general, no problems were noticed.
There are servers in Germany and Finland (from St. Petersburg the ping is excellent)

It's better to take vds, 150-200 rubles and 1 gig for a regular site is enough, it's even enough to put mysql as a database.
