Hosting for 25-100+ sites, what do you recommend?
It is planned to deploy many php sites without sql.
Up to 100 visitors per day. Perhaps more. When using your own debian server, what load will you have to use on the same amazon? I would not want to contact him if he initially asks for unaffordable money. Which instance plan is suitable for such needs? If not Amazon, then where will it settle down? :)
For sites, this is a regular landing page with 10-30 pages on each site, the only thing is that the pictures there are voluminous.
Off topic: Maybe someone in the know under Adobe Muse has some kind of global admin panel that would immediately manage a couple of dozen sites?
I apologize if this is the wrong resource for this question.

100 visitors a day on 100 landing pages can withstand any virtual (shared, in principle, most likely, too, but there are jokes, such as "up to 5 sites ...") hosting. What kind of pictures are there - it does not matter at all if it fits into the hosting plan on a hard disk.
Amazon has a free account for a year of use for such purposes.
If you say that there is no sql (without cms? content rarely changes?), then you can try github pages
