Hosting blocked the site at the behest of Roskomnadzor, is it possible to transfer the site to another hosting?

On June 30, I received a message in the mail that I needed to delete one page on my site at the request of Roskomnadzor. Otherwise, the site's IP will be blocked. This message unfortunately got into spam, I did not see it, and on July 14 the hosting itself blocked the site. Having contacted the hosting technical support, they said - "we blocked your site because you did not delete the page, and now Roscom can block our IP altogether. Settle the issue with Roscom and write to us." I looked in the eais.rkn.gov.ru registry , it means that the domain is entered in the registry, but in the "Access restriction" field it says - "Restricted to the page." On the site https://reestr.rublacklist.net/ only that ill-fated page of the site is also indicated. I sent an official letter to Roskom yesterday, indicating that the page was permanently deleted. Of course, there is no answer yet, and it is not known when it will be. The hoster will unblock the site only when there is a response from Roskom.
It is not known how much Roskom will now delay with the answer, but I do not want to lose my position in the search engines, they have accumulated quite high for me in a few years. Please tell me what are the options. So far, the main option I'm considering is an urgent site transfer in the near future to another hosting (the same domain). After all, I only have one page banned, I deleted it. But won't it turn out that Roscom will write to the new hoster, although why, that page is no more? Maybe there are some alternative methods to solve this problem, or tell me where to look. Thank you.

Roskom does not work on weekends and responds within 30 days if the page is deleted, then he unblocks the site

Request a backup from the host and transfer it, it will be faster than talking to these idiots. And show the page from the Google cache, it's interesting))
