Hosting a local Power bi report in a browser?

I practice Node web server + React. As a practical task, the idea arose to publish a local Power bi report on the Node web server and use React to display it on a browser page. This is real? If so, how?

I know about the web version of bi, but I want to try uploading a local file.

I found the documentation, but it is for the web version.
