Hoster with the ability to take a disk snapshot?

I used to use firstvds, they had an option in the control panel - make a snapshot of the disk. They let me store for free, it seems, 3 pieces. Then I changed the tariff, this option in the panel disappeared. The TP suggests that they stop the server and manually copy the disk. Rave.
Can anyone suggest a vps/vds hosting with the ability to make a disk image? You need a Russian legal entity.
