Are there hosters in Russia with a direct connection to aws?

Upd: the task is to execute some kind of fz about personal data. Infrastructure on aws. It would be necessary to partially transfer the data to Russia.
But no matter how everything becomes cancer because of the network.
I googled about Direct Connect but it somehow sounds expensive gemmoroyno.
I came across that Equinix data centers have direct channels with aws, without additional payments from customers, so the infrastructure is more solid. But they are also not in Russia.

Thank you Eugene for the trust, because the topic is really sore. Even more.
First, I will explain about AWS Direct Connect. There really is such a story here that physical equipment is bought (or rather rented) from AWS and from partners, but on the business side, you can get by with little blood, because software is still behind any piece of hardware.
And now the bad news. This is not necessary and will not help by the way we are talking about 152-FZ. This law not only talks about the storage of personal data, but also about the transfer and processing. That is, if you want to do very well, then you need to transfer all the services where personal data resides (in transit and at rest) to the Russian Federation. Now I'm talking about absolutely everything: CDN, web servers, containers, disks, mail, sms, .... everything.
If it will be enough for you (although this is not true) to transfer the storage, then just wrap it with a microservice and pull it through a secure channel, because Direct Connect is required only for 2 tasks:
- reducing the number of hops between points
- a higher level of data transfer security (because how) VPN.

PS. It is very curious what kind of project, what size and what types of personal data are present in it. With this information, you can come up with some kind of strategy.
