Colleagues, I ran into a problem on the Honor 9 phone. After the reboot, the password entry window was displayed (as always). Password entered, unlocking was successful. But no application starts - error "Application preparation in progress". And in the tray there is a notification "User data is locked Enter a password to unlock" ... The reboot did not help. The PC does not see the connected phone. I don’t want to do a full reset at all .. Maybe someone has met similar situations, I will be grateful for the answers!
