There is such a problem, I bought a "Honor router 3" router and everything would be fine, but on my Samsung Galaxy A50 phone, EXACTLY when working via wi-fi, some Google services do not work well, for example, Google's remote table stopped seeing devices at all when connected via wi -fi (when connected from mobile internet, everything works just fine), also google drive, it opens and downloads files via wi-fi from the phone, but does not save them there, just endless download until you turn off wi-fi, well and with some Google services it’s the same story, that is, they seem to work, start up, but some functions work only from the mobile network.
I tried various tips from similar problems, such as checking the time zone, DNS from Google, etc., but nothing helped.
On the TV, by the way, there is also such a problem, with the same services.

Может быть IPv6 криво настроен, адрес есть, а доступа в сеть по нему нет? Хотя в таких случаях система должна переходить на IPv4, но это может и не отрабатывать.
Это скорее всего зависит от провайдера.
На компьютере при этом могут отличаться настройки (например, выключен IPv6), и проблема не проявляется. Есть ли у телефона внешний IPv6 адрес (не fe80)? если есть, то доступен ли он снаружи? (можно проверить с сайта, например, traceroute6.net). Если адрес есть, но недоступен - можно попросить провайдера, чтобы поправили, либо отключить IPv6 на роутере
