Home theater based media player with 5.1 sound?

There is a TV Samsung LE-46B550.
I would like to create a budget home theater based on some kind of media player.
Option: WD TV Live.
It costs quite inexpensively (3500r), it seems to play normally.
But he, like other media players, does not have the ability to connect 5.1 or 7.1
Question: how to get 5.1 sound in movies at minimal cost? How do people with media players watch movies on 5.1 acoustics, if not a single media player has outputs to this acoustics (from those available for sale in Moscow, at least), and not a single set of acoustics has a digital input (Yandex.Market finds only 3 variant, the presence of each in 0-2 stores)?
Really, to connect a media player for 3 thousand rubles. and acoustics for 3 thousand rubles. do you definitely need a receiver for 10 thousand rubles, 10 times larger than this media player?
Options that seemed possible:
- 5.1 speakers with an optical input
- buying a receiver (I would not want to, because they cost at least 3 times more expensive than a media player)
- replacing the proposed media player with a more fashionable one, with 5.1 outputs (these were not found on sale ) - replacing the proposed media player with a barebone
/ ION with a 5.1 card
in it the price is usually more justified.
UPDATE: As for the speakers, on the Market they are divided into computer acoustics and regular ones, they are rather stupidly divided in general, so that in the end there are at least 7 speakers, even if they are all either expensive or not on sale:

7.1 on the Market there is only 1 system in general. As it turns out, there are only 3 films with it - Toy Story 3, Step Up 3d and Megamind ... In general, it’s too early to look towards 7.1, as well as towards 3d TVs.
As for media players, there are a lot of options on the Market with 5.1 outputs, but none of them are on sale in Moscow.

the answer is barebones or nettop, but it will be around 10k ... in principle, any option will be in the area of \u200b\u200bsuch an amount, order speakers with an optical output only from the states, also a round sum

Firstly, about the fact that not a single player supports 5.1 is not true. Some time ago I sold a player with its support, like this: goo.gl/UeSby
At the moment, there are not very many players with support for analog multi-channel sound on sale and they are expensive, but there is: goo.gl/dlzVN
It is worth looking for the same kayboer on a hammer or something else similar thread
Now, about the acoustics.
You can even buy it relatively cheap if you don't bother with the look: http://goo.gl/jerk
The cheapest is 4500 pieces.
All of the above is relevant for default city

Far from always this same 5.1 is needed - I practically don’t know films where 5.1 is really worth something.
It's cool to watch concerts there are different - they sing in front, and applause (and chuckles) - from behind.
