Higher IT education in absentia/remotely?

Good afternoon.
It so happened that it is necessary to get a higher IT education, I can’t master the full-time form in terms of schedule and $.
I would like to be able to get a job as a Java developer (but I'm studying Java + mathematics now)
In fact, the main problem with employment, in most of the positions I'm interested in, is in the requirements of Higher technical (IT) education.
What specialty can be unlearned in absentia, so that it fits under the "Higher Technical IT"?
I'm considering "Applied Informatics", but somehow I'm not really sure that this is exactly what I need.
Suddenly, one of you has recently studied the issue / is now going somewhere to study or has already graduated.
I will be very grateful if you share)

If the matter is only in the crust, then the university and the specialty do not matter. When hiring, a personnel officer will simply put a tick in the "Is IN" column of your business, without even opening a diploma.
