High graphics card temperature?

Guys, please tell me, the ASUS R9 280X video card has been working for about 3 years, at a recent moment it will replace that the temperature in idle time is from 50-55 degrees, in load it can reach up to 80 and then the sensor is triggered, rebooting the system. I changed the thermal paste every year, yesterday I dismantled the card and found a small soot on the 5KT23 capacitor, but the capacitor itself was not swollen and I didn’t see anything except soot, is this possibly the reason for the heating and where should I go to solve such a problem?043bad716756428786db8cd291d54447.jpg

80 degrees is certainly not very small, but should not lead to a reboot. Check the temperature of other components. Again, it is not known what kind of paste you use and how you apply it.
