Heroku site keeps losing login?

I have a site on heroku, it has an authorization that writes the user's ip to the database (flask + sqlite). But apparently the database is not updated on heroku, because after reloading the page it is redirected to the login again.
How can you decide?

Note: on the local everything works fine, and there are no problems

This is simply unbearable! Several times a day the same question! Year after year! Read the documentation, lazybones, or at least use the search.
