Help recovering iphone data after itunes sync

asked me to transfer information (contacts, notes, photos) from iphone 4 to iphone 4s.
Generally with these products did not work.
I did this
1) tied iTunes to a new account
2) connected the old iPhone and made a backup copy of it
3) connected a new phone and downloaded a backup copy of the one just made to it

, as a result, it turned out that completely left data was tucked into this backup - you can see earlier to another iPhone was connected to iTunes ...
in general, how everything works there ... but how to recover data from the first phone?

in the end it turned out that completely left data was tucked into this backup - it can be seen that another iPhone was connected to iTunes earlier ...
=> you restored NOT that backup.

if you press the restore button with the shift pressed, you can choose which backup to fill in the phone
