Put at least 8 gigs of memory - it will come in handy.

There are options here - now AMD can offer more cores, and Intel can offer more performance for the same money ...
I personally would take the Intel bundle - something in the spirit of the Pentium g620 with a further possibility of upgrading to i5 - it seems to me that this is the most optimal option ...

Why for coding Core ai three?
Socket 775 is not completely dead yet, and the prices for it are the most cute.
One of my good friends has used hardware for sale within the limits of your amount, the stones were definitely e8400 and e1200, the rest was definitely a motherboard with built-in video and a case with a power supply for all this.
Although even a new one from the store will be no more than 10tyr to assemble.
And I very much doubt that AMD will get a better computer - even if their prices are lower, but the price-to-quality ratio is not very

Maybe not in the topic, but if you just raise the virtual machine?

Do you obviously need for android development? Does it have to be new? Used can be taken from fans of fashionable pieces of iron, quite a decent configuration.

For coding, on AMD:
Athlon II X2/X3/X4 (For what money is enough)
RAM - from 4 GB
Motherboard - on a 780G or 880G chipset.
Well, the HDD for the rest.
However, it is necessary to clarify for what kind of coding - if even Athlon II X2 is enough for PHP. But for compiling large projects in C ++ and i7 it may not be enough)

AMD + built-in AMD graphics, 8GB of RAM (fortunately it's cheap now). Throw change into a monitor with a higher resolution.
