I know that blanch number
1) is the Hamming weight. And it is found by adding each element of the row/column mod 2 and summing up the result of each column/row????
2) is the minimum Hamming weight of non-zero values. Numerically equals from 0 to the power of the matrix??? And when it can be equal to 0, the power of the matrix????
Then for matrices blank number = 4 +1??? blank number= 8+4 =12???? blank number =8+4=12???
Help me please.
