you can do it yourself, it's easy. With a scalpel, you clean off the varnish from the tracks, then tin and solder them. And then cover with regular nail polish

Well, I would stupidly try to solder 4 wires. All the same, the warranty does not apply to it (mechanical damage).

If the experience with a soldering iron is more important than the data, then you can do it at home
. But it’s better to go to the service. Not in a sharashka on the radio market, but in a normal service

You can make the track yourself, in extreme cases soldering.

carefully scrape off the varnish / film to the conductive layer, to the point of damage, and solder with a copper core, pre-curved with the letter Z

1 If there is little experience with a soldering iron. I propose to throw wire jumpers from the two central contacts of the motor to the contacts on the board. You just need to be sure that the contacts on the board are the same. To be sure, you can unscrew the board and look. At home, it will be easier.
2 If you have experience. clean the contacts, as you were suggested. Instead of a flux, you can use (acetylsalicylic acid) analgin.
