HD media player on Android OS?

Of the branded players, I found only iconBIT Toucan W. Only the problem is that I did not find it in any online store (which deliver to the CIS countries). Apparently a toy only for the Russian market? Are there any other interesting solutions within 200 euros? (-+) I liked FlyMouse in iconbit, so I would like to find a similar player with the same remote control. Although it can be bought separately.

Last Thursday I received noname android hd player from dealextreme. There was no remote control in the kit (they didn’t put it), but the wireless mouse was picked up in flight. By installing the necessary software, after 4 hours of torture, the device became acceptable to play fullHD, however, HDout.tv, for which it was bought, shamelessly slows down and is buggy (although these may be temporary troubles from the provider).
Conclusion - if you have free time and $ 100, then you can take a more powerful and cheaper piece of iron in China without buying a branded IconBit and get all the charm of a touch-oriented OS without a touch. 4 days of sex with this device was enough for me for a couple of years ahead.
