hc.ru dropped all zones for the domain. What can be required of them?

Good day everyone!
There was a problem that on 26.07 the hc.ru registrar reset the settings of all records for the domain (A, Mx, Cname) for no reason.
Since I was not near the computer, the problem was detected only on the 28th. I went to the XC panel, and the domain cannot be edited at all - in general, a gray window without any sign of editing the zone. I wrote to hc.ru support and the zone was restored.
Is it possible to claim any compensation from hc, and if so, how and in what way?

First, describe the situation to the registrar. Politely say that they are insolent. Perhaps they themselves will make concessions and offer you some kind of compensation.

The maximum that you can shake out of them is some kind of bonus like “we will renew the domain for a month for free”.
And you will not prove anything like lost profits during downtime of sites. Save your nerves.
