As far as I know, there is no such thing in Hayaku. I really don't have that opportunity myself. The fastest way to write the same thing in Hayaku would be:

w100 -> Tab -> Tab
h50 -> Tab -> Tab
p5 -> Tab -> Tab
m15 -> Tab

In my opinion, it would be more convenient to do this: w100h50p5m15, i.e. no pluses.
