Have neural networks learned to remove the background from pictures?
And if so, is there an online background removal service based specifically on neural network algorithms?

There is https://www.remove.bg/ - removes the background behind the person in the photo
I can make a picture where the background is fundamentally inseparable from the main image (for example, my face).
This could be for example the effect of blending my face with the background with an alpha channel where the alpha channel is a circular gradient. That is, in the center of the picture - exactly, exactly the face. And on the edges - just a gradient. But where the border occurs is not clear.
I'm willing to argue that even a very smart neuro-algorithm will not be able to correctly decide where the background ends and valuable information begins.
