Have I made a LiveCD flash drive correctly?

I made a LiveCD stick because I got a Grub Error after I expanded the volume. I tried many ways, but always output Unknown File System. And then I decided to fix it through LiveCD. But when I click on it, the BIOS comes out. And that's all. Does this mean I made the wrong LiveCD?
Also, should I choose NTFS or FAT30? 5b8792146915c692193829.jpeg5b87921a44c52913364899.jpeg5b879220c33ac569778324.jpeg5b879227185c2937413538.jpeg

I did everything right, but the utility was not of high quality. I made a LiveCD with Rufus and it worked.

do it through junk and do not
steam moss allmbs.ru/linuxusb-01.html
then in the bios you will choose to boot from a USB flash drive
