Have I clearly described the algorithms in the usecase?

Scenario:
1. The author of the document (hereinafter referred to as the author) cancels the sending of the document
2. The system checks for compliance with the rules described in the "Rule" section below. If the rule matches, go to step 3
3. The system checks whether the document is opened by the addressee
4. The system receives confirmation that the addressee did not open it
5. The system displays a notification in the "notifier" window for the addressees
6. The system displays the document at the addressee in the "incoming" section

Question: I describe the EDMS. Scenario when a previously sent document is cancelled. In the lessons we did not understand how to describe algorithms in scenarios. Can you help?
Please tell me if I correctly described the algorithms in the presented scenario? algorithms p. 2, p. 3-4

The algorithm does not pull much. An algorithm is a sequence of related actions. And I see a bunch of lines. it is not clear what goes where and why.
Try to take a piece of paper and draw a flowchart according to your algorithm and see for yourself what is wrong.
