Have a question about registering a business?

Hello. I am developing a service for automatically accepting donations from streams. Any person will be able to send a voluntary donation to the streamer they like and the money will go to the account of the site, and from there the streamer will be able to withdraw it to his electronic wallet or card. The service will take a small commission from each transaction. The question is: what documents are needed for the official operation of the service, what to choose: SP or LLC, is it possible to start work without official registration and register a business when it unwinds, and what can be done without official registration. Thanks in advance for your reply

It is better for you to contact a specialized lawyer (for money), because in such a work scenario there are many very slippery places where you risk attracting the attention of both tax and special services. They correctly wrote about laundering, which is now being actively fought, and even with a fairly harmless service, there is a considerable risk of catching another fighter for the number of idiots imprisoned.
At the very least, be sure to register. Be formal. Again, all streamers have been working for a long time as individual entrepreneurs or self-employed, that is, they report for the money they receive. At the same time, think about where you will receive money. You need an official bank account.
Sole Proprietor or LLC - difficult to advise. If you do not work alone, then it is better and safer than an LLC. An individual entrepreneur is responsible for his jambs himself with all his property (including cars, apartments, etc.). The LLC is responsible only with the authorized capital, that is, those 10 thousand rubles that you will spend on registration. But for an LLC, you need to submit reports, that is, you need a good accountant (and believe my experience, you don’t need to save on an accountant, I know more than a dozen companies that went bankrupt due to a negligent accountant, and even more that paid a bunch of extra taxes).
In general, I highly recommend drawing up a business plan and calculating the economics of your project. Understand how much money you have to invest and how many people you need to make it all work.
PS Do not be offended, but it is better to think over unpleasant things at an early stage than to face them when you launch the service and see a bank account for several thousand rubles for two dollars received from Belarus; or even worse, having received a summons from the FSB due to the fact that an organization banned in Russia drove money through your service.

I would look for approximately similar services and read the user agreements on their sites, offers ...
In theory, everything depends heavily on the number of participants, turnover and geography (whether there will be cross-border transfers). I'm afraid there is a non-zero potential risk of attracting the attention of fighters against money laundering and the financing of all sorts of taboo personalities.
