My resolution is 1366x768. I checked my resolution through google dev tools, everything works there. Google Chrome latest version.

I think it was conceived in a row of 3. Before making a screen, I turned off all the extensions. Also, the text is overflowing.
Tested in Mozilla:

Apparently an incomprehensible glitch in the latest version of GoogleChrome, this was not the case in the old one.

The problem is due to the scaling of the interface.
Solved by the key combination: ctrl + 0 (reset scale settings to default settings).
