Has the keyboard layout been fixed in ubuntu 15.04?

There was a problem in Ubuntu 14.04 - hotkeys, such as CTRL-C, did not work in java applications. In the same mint, everything worked as it should. Who is in the subject, did they fix this trouble at 15.04?
