Now I started looking again and saw a site with full documentation, no Alpha or something like that, however, so far only in Basurman, but still I didn’t fully understand whether it was released or not? I don't want to use the unstable version

No, it didn't release. The official website lists 3.1.11 as the latest version. And version 4.0 is a release candidate
