I made a mistake (I had never done this before, a long time without looking for a new job made itself felt), without first googling about the office, and without talking about the terms of cooperation, I completed and sent them the "famous" test task. Scheduled an interview in 2 weeks. Within 2 weeks, 2 times were postponed. After all the same, I googled on the internet, and came across various pages discussing this topic. I thought that I would still talk, since an interview was scheduled, I would listen to what they would tell, in extreme cases I would send them pictures with coprofiles. At the moment of truth, they called on Skype, a male voice answered on the other end, but for some unknown reason the connection became very poor, and they were neither seen nor heard, although they heard and saw me normally. I myself am outside the CIS, but I have been working remotely for the last 3 years and I keep in touch with everyone thanks to the Internet, including Skype, including video communication, and this is the first time I have encountered such a quality of communication. All communication came down to the fact that they tried to prove to me that my Internet is bad, and their Internet is good. As a result, I told them that I had never had such problems, and I was not going to pull the cable to another country. And with that we said goodbye.
Conclusion: if desired, a test task can be completed by a beginner, but not for the sake of the prospect of comfortable employment, but for the sake of self-education, it will be useful. Not a single positive review was found from a real person who would work as a programmer in this office. Judging by the comments found, they do not need a specialist, but an aquarium hamster, which they can watch all day, exploit, and hang noodles on their ears via video chat (the most important criterion!), Feeding them periodically (if they want).

Completed their test task, scheduled an interview.
from the first minutes of the interview, I didn’t like them - the interviewer behaves too boorishly.
I’ll start with the fact that the very first question with a reproach was why I didn’t turn on the video mode on Skype - I immediately said that this is my privacy, I want to show my face, I don’t want to - especially since we are not cooperating yet in order to be obligated to me in this regard.
Actually, this could have ended. But I decided to listen to what they would ask - they ask quite a lot and different things. In every field / technology, they are trying to understand whether you understand the essence or just grabbed superficial phrases.
As specialists, they may not be bad, but as people, they are hamlyugs and have a greatly inflated opinion about their own knowledge. Based on this, after half an hour of communication, I concluded for myself that I would not spoil my nerves with such employers for any money.

А мне понравилось, пообщался немного с рекрутером (на текущее время это Наталья Карташова), ответы получал в деловом формате, всё что интересовало узнал, получил тестовое задание, выполнил, через 2 дня оно прошло проверку и меня пригласили на собеседование, на собеседовании было 3 человека, при чем видеосвязь отключилась почему то сразу как только сделали конференцию, думал сейчас будем разбираться в чём же дело, но интервьюер сказал что "пусть будет так, это не столь важно", разговор был приятен, даже при том что я не смог ответить на большинство вопросов, хамства не было, всё прошло спокойно, после собеседования попрощались и сказали что напишут своё решение, хотя я и так понимал какое оно будет, после чего ещё написал несколько вопросов интервьюеру и получил ответы так же в деловом формате, да, меня не взяли, но никаких плохих эмоций у меня компания не вызвала.
P.s был где то отзыв что задание дают нескольким программистам, а платят только тому кто лучше всех его выполнил, остальные же ничего не получают, так вот - это не правда, оплачивается каждый рабочий день, не оплачивается только тестовое задание.

Ну что могу сказать. я работал с ними. отзывы правда только сейчас нашел. да - дисциплина жОсткая, да -требования высокие, но и зарплата выше среднего. задачи выдаются четко, дедлайнов нет, зарплату хоть каждый день можшь забирать. насчет скриншотов, да они есть. программулину я сам выбрал и сам настраивал, угрозы слива конфеденциальной информации она собой не представляла. график четко установленный, но всегда есть возможность сместить или перенести рабочее время. да, не получится заниматься личными делами или филонить, ну дык это ж и работа, а не туса) ушел потому что мне предложили работу в оффлайне - соскучился за живым общением)

Поделюсь своим опытом общения с этой компанией. Видел негативные отзывы, но уж очень привлекла зарплата, решил рискнуть.
Выполнил тестовое за пару дней, пригласили на собеседование.
Собеседование проходило по скайпу в видео-режиме.
Вполне адекватные и вменяемые интервьюеры, но очень строгие и требовательные.
К сожалению, я не смог ответить и на половину их вопросов, хотя не считаю себя новичком в программировании.
Жаль конечно, но в целом остался доволен и общением и тем, что показали мне, где еще надо подтянуть.
Хочу подучиться и через некоторое время еще раз попробовать.
