Has anyone used devices like Ethernet over 220?
Can you tell me how it works in practice? In the descriptions, of course, they write about 500 megabits and other joys.
The essence of the task is as follows, you need to connect a set-top box to the IPTV network, the Ethernet cable entry point is located about 20 meters from the TV. Due to aesthetic issues, UTP cannot be used, and WiFi "chokes" when watching HD channels.
Now I'm considering 2 options:
1) Throw a thin optical cable (the one used for pigtails)
2) Try Ethernet devices over 220.
