Has anyone transferred money through the AdvCash API?

Hello colleagues!
There is a microhosting site. Buyable with anything, including AdvCash. I am stuck with SOAP client and AdvCash API in php.
I'm trying to automatically charge referral interest to hosting partners right away in the payment validation script, which SCI switches to after success or failure. SOAP Server AdvCash successfully ignores all requests when they come in validation. The advcash helpdesk seems to have referred to the user-agent, but I pass it in the headers (__getLastRequestHeaders shows everything).
In fact, this is how it works: in the verification script - it doesn’t work, if you just use the same methods, but statically, through entering the page with a browser - everything works OK!
Has anyone come across the adv API?

Everything turned out to be easier, ADV support wrote that the amount was too small for accruals. It was necessary to transfer more than 10 cents :) I tested with 5 :) Everything goes
