Has anyone received EMS parcels through parcel machines?

There is such a service - receiving mail through parcel lockers (in particular, in St. Petersburg there is one parcel locker - directly from EMS, the rest - from Logibox). A special card is bought (like for 150 rubles), after which for EMS you can leave an application for delivery to the post office directly on the website through the form, and an SMS with a pin code will be sent to your mobile phone, which is necessary to pick it up at a convenient time.
Actually, the question is - did any of Habr's users already use this? How are the impressions?

Hello.
I received.
1. Applications through the site are IGNORED! Call the hotline. At least my application through the site was simply not found.
2. I received a magnetic card for free (they were distributed for free for some time).
But it's better than a courier.
It is important that the dear ones tear off the mail label (well, from / to whom), so you won’t be able to make a claim (at all).

A month ago I read about this service, got excited, and bought a card. Firstly, parcels can be redirected to the terminal only after passing the status “Arrived at the sorting center”. Everyone is slaughtered for online applications. Well, okay, I called, redirected. Two days later, a man calls and says: "Preved, I'm an EMC courier, in twenty minutes I'll bring the package to you * home *." I had to leave work and wait for the courier. To my reasonable question: “What the hell, actually?” he replied something like: “Yes, you won’t believe what kind of fucking PPC there is in this mail. Right now, I’ll close the session and quit from there to the Kuyam.
This is my experience of receiving parcels in the terminal :)

If you mean EMS Russian Post, then the parcel is tracked as usual by the code of the postal item and, upon arrival at the place of delivery, is picked up as a regular item.

It's clear. Like a PO box "on demand".

I get it because I work near it.
I came, took a card for 150 (it seems) rubles, when the parcel arrives, I say that they should throw it into this very postomat, from there you can already pick up the card yourself.
+ no queue, no waiting for the courier
- large parcels do not fit, I did not expect such a setup

Received through Logibox in St. Petersburg, made an order for Sotmarket.
I paid for the goods directly at the parcel machine with a credit card, no shipping fees (free shipping).

I was at the EMC office on Myasnitskaya, the post office employees gently hinted to me that it’s better not to order at the post office, it’s better to go to them, on Myasnitskaya, on demand.
True, the Kindle Touch was stolen from me anyway, but after yelling (directly naturally in a voice) at the head of the department, calling the hotline with the question “is it that the head of the department is too lazy to correctly fill out the form for the discrepancy between the parcel and the invoice for a good reason” I managed to get the necessary documents and return the insurance to shipito.
The EMS itself considers applications for missing parcels / parts of parcels from one to six months, that is, never. In the case of receiving an incomplete parcel at the post office, it seems impossible for me to receive at least some sheet from EMS, at least to obtain insurance.

Well, here's the result, this system still doesn't work. I left a request on the site 4 times (at different stages - first when she crossed the border of Russia, then when she got to the SC), as a result, the courier called anyway and brought the parcel to work. It will be necessary to write a letter somewhere to the management of EMS - they have advertisements for these parcel terminals everywhere on their website, and when tracking they offer to issue it through the parcel terminal, but in fact, apparently, something is unfinished, or local workers do not want to bother.
PS But the normal way was to order EMS on demand to the nearest post office. I just write the address of the branch in the address, but my full name and in English "DO VOSTREBOVANIYA" and that's all - I look at the tracking when the package arrived, I go in at a convenient time for me and pick up the package.
