I tried restoring the project from yesterday's backup, when exactly everything worked - the same thing. In general, the only thing you can think of is the Win 10 updates that arrived today. UPD: What is most interesting, the server is working properly. Those. after launch, the page opens at localhost:3000 , but the changes are no longer injected.

I'll tell you this - everyone has different things on Win10. And only Microsoft knows the truth.
Maybe this is the promised "Removal of pirated programs", that is, programs not from the market, or maybe these are temporary bugs.

browser-sync worked after turning on the "Developer" mode
And the launch of the Grunt browser was fixed by adding a tick "Run as Administrator" on the browser shortcut
