Has anyone installed Delphi Community Edition 10.3.2?

I enter my email and password. The web installer is downloading. They write, thanks for the download, see the Product License Key in the mail. And there is no mail! Where to complain is unknown.
In their FAQ, they don’t say much more clearly about keys:

28. How can I get a new 1 year key after my current Community Edition key expires?
Users can request a new key valid for 1 year through the website. This key is valid for the current version of CE, which is available for download during the relevant time period.
We will help you keep up with the times and always use the latest version of the product.

So what website are you talking about? Nobody knows?

Perhaps this is important and the problem is related to this. I already have CE 10.2 registered. Then everything as it should be, a letter with a key came to the post office, everything was installed, it worked. I haven't used it lately. And now I'm moving to a new computer and wanted to install the latest version. But here I ran into the problem described.
That is, my question, probably, can be reformulated like this - how to renew the Community Edition license correctly?
Found only that it needs to be reinstalled. And where to get a new key - I don’t understand something. From 10.2 is not expected.
Heck! Found the same answer in their community. Everything turned out to be simple - they stopped sending mail to mail.ru. A year ago this was not a problem. I changed my mail to Google's - I received a letter with a key.
