Has anyone encountered the Better Call Saul virus?

The problem is that mail came with a file, a person launched (would have killed) ... The result was encrypted files with an incomprehensible algorithm ... with the BATTER extension ... How to decrypt?
And one more thing... Kaspersky does not see any malicious code in it...
I can give you a file for analysis...

Better call Saul. The two of you can do it much faster.
PS I would send the original file (from the mail) to the laboratory of the same Kaspersky for analysis.

A friend of mine caught such a disaster, so he received an answer from the Kaspersky lab - the files cannot be decrypted. He tried everything: from Rkill to Combination Crypto-Ransomware Vaccine and whatever, but he managed to restore some of the photos with the DataRecovery recoverer of deleted or damaged files . These encoders, as far as I understand, encrypt only the headers / beginning of files, the rest remains untouched.
