Has anyone connected Mediatrix 4116 and Grandstream 6102 via analog?

Good afternoon,
I'm trying to connect Mediatrix 4116 and Grandstream 6102 via analog.
From the side of 6102 FXO from the side of Mediatrix 4116 (FXS)
VNT subscriber 554 on the side of 6102, VNT subscriber 200 on the side of Mediatrix 4116 (FXS)
When calling from 554 to 200, 200 receives only one beep, 554 the softphone reports the call and breaks.
While I'm playing with the settings on the side of the grandstream, I don't have access to Mediatrix yet.
Has anyone come across a similar connection?
