Has anyone come across the TSD (data collection terminal) zebex PDL-20?

The machine can store data tables and program files.
The only software for interacting with the subject that I found is called WinTaskGen, but it only allows you to upload the program file (procedure) to the device, and you need to merge the program recorded in it from the device (more precisely, two).
Has anyone experienced this?

Any TSD is always a colossal hit, I did not specifically encounter this device, but in many others there have always been the following problems:
1) Licenses for embedded software in TSD. They are usually not included with the TSD.
2) Drivers and software are usually designed for software from p1 and again, as a rule, they require another separate license.
3) Tie TSD with the same 1C in general with a hemorrhoid the size of a 25 kilogram weight, it seems to work like it does, but it doesn’t seem to.
