Has anyone built ImageMagick with HEIC/HEIF yet?

Good afternoon,
Has anyone managed to build the latest ImageMagick with HEIC on Centos 6?
The bottom line is that with ./configure everything is OK, but after compilation it says that there is
no support .
Can anyone come across?

There is no problem if you build ImaheMagik 6, not 7.
