I also bought in China on aliexpress . Android version 4.0.4. Quality at 5. All declared features (WiFi, GPS, 3G, BT, Camera) work. Ruth is placed relatively easily.

Of the minuses - one edge is slightly heated, a rather weak battery, a very smelly case (I did not ask, the Chinese apparently put it on purpose).
