Hardware token - order from China

I'm looking for a hardware one-time password generator, for testing, so I need 10-20 pieces.
I always thought that on aliexpress-type chats you can find it for a penny, - as it turned out, there are
only two sellers on alibaba.com, and they sell for 30 bucks a piece ( this is 600 for 20 tokens - expensive for me)
Maybe someone knows where else you can look?

You can also search on eBay. There are sometimes thrown out such cheap.

And put Google Authenticator on your phone - won't it come out cheaper and more cheerful? There just RFC6238 is implemented.
