Hardware for FULL HD encoding

Hello, it is worth asking to start the stream in HD quality, we will encode VLC, at the input a playlist with files, at the output udp is not more than 10 megabits. Encoding is done on the fly.
The question is what hardware would you recommend for such a task, on which processor it is better to build a Xeon or Core-i7 server, how much memory is needed, etc. Thanks

Most likely, you will benefit from the processor's support for Intel QSV technology ( processors that support QSV ). But as far as I know, support is also needed in drivers, so there may be problems with * nix.
