Hanging when shutting down the OS. How to find out what is buggy and how to fix it?
Hello, I have such a problem - periodically when shutting down Windows 7 issues "Waiting for background programs to close". At the same time, there is not a single program in the list and after hanging for about 5-10 seconds the window disappears. Help, please: how to find out what is buggy and how to remove it? Thanks in advance.
The solution is simple - disable some services and programs in autorun. They slowed down the shutdown.

is not enough and generally normal. Especially if you have a weak processor and HDD, you need to close all the software, and a lot of things that you want to still have time to write logs / will be saved and therefore do not have time.
There you can change the values of the same WaitToKillService, etc. But there's no point...
Google it, there is a lot of software for solving it, even in Windows itself there is a log of what, where, when!
Donate684 - Well, the PC itself is not weak. HDD is only possible. I think that the problem is in the antivirus. Moskus - Yes, I think you should check the logs. PS link to the screenshot of this glitch - https://is.gd/KMMQGa
