handling messages in syslog-ng

Hello dear community.

I have a suggestion for the following problem:
nginx->syslog-ng log reading is configured, syslog-ng will then send this information to mongodb. Syslog-ng puts a line from the nginx log into the MSG field of the base, the question is: how to configure the parsing of this line for stacking by data fields from the log (for example, reffer, ip & etc) using syslog-ng?
