Hackintosh how to switch between SSD?

Guys I installed OS X Yosemite on the 2nd SSD. The first is Windows 8.1. How can I make it so that when I boot I can switch to one of the two desired OCs ??
CPU Intel Core i5-4670K
HZ AMD Radeon 7970
RAM 12 Gig 1600Ghz
Motherboard ASUS H87M-PRO

or put the bootloader normal.
