Hackintosh for developer and apple account ban?

Hello, how real are bans from an apple developer account if you use hackintosh for development, but do not publish in the appstore (this is done by the employer, at work mac mini). And if I caught him, how big are the consequences? Will it be possible to register later on the same data?
