Hacked a computer, how to figure out the attacker?
Good day everyone. In my absence, a PC (Windows 7) was hacked at home, the password was not compromised, they went through RDP, through a router to DD-WRT (the port was forwarded). They deleted absolutely all information, mail, information from Yandex.disk, etc., in general, everything. Connection logs (RDP does not keep and it makes no sense, DD-WRT, it turns out, also did not) are gone. Does it make sense to apply? The provider promised to issue ip-addresses of connections upon a written request, but what will the ip give? geographic affiliation, and then, if the person is a fool and did not use proxies. In general, I ask for advice on how to calculate a bad person.

Признаки состава преступления по ст.272 УК РФ имеются.
С заявлением в полицию обратитесь, у них возможностей больше.
No way.
You will not even be able to find out the ip address of the attacker. Legally you can't. It's not legal and it's possible.
But what will it give you?
Even if he did not use a proxy, and did business directly from his home computer.
What will you show him? How can you prove it? Well, unless you beat him in the face. So he's a statement to the police, and you get an article.
That is, to look for yourself is a meaningless and not very reasonable thing.
You can file a police report.
But here you have to be realistic. Do you think the police will just rush to investigate your case? Will they single out Sherlock Holmes, and a dozen admins to help? For what? The case is small, the chance to investigate is small.
To prove someone's guilt, there is practically no chance.
