Such things at the search engine are called Snippets. ( You can learn something here, although this is not the most important act ... )
Basically, they are formed from micro-markup ( Here you can read about the main micro-markup standard - Schema.org
Now search engines are quite smart and use various other techniques to form a snippet, look in the webmaster's office at google, they have a magical highlight of key information on the site.
