   Sometimes a black screen appears at startup (as if turned off), but it’s impossible to turn it on
   The programs themselves do not start: thunderbird, clipper, qutim, but viber, tor continue to start when I haven’t started them for a long time
   

What can be done to fix this and the sessions worked fine, but the black screen did not appear. I reinstalled the system but the problem didn't go away

What is your DE?
Try installing a different desktop environment or window manager.
