Gulp thinks for a very long time before starting, how to fix it?

On a working computer (mac mini) + nodejs 4, gulp starts very slowly, thinks for 10-15 seconds and then does everything at normal speed, does not depend on gulpfile.js and practically does not depend on the project (a very small project thinks for 5-10 seconds)
