Gulp-rigger: How to set page title in header.html?

Moved the entire header to header.html. But how now to specify the title for the pages to which this header is connected?

What does gulp-rigger have to do with it? it simply includes the contents of the files.
Alternatively, you can split the header into two pieces header_start and header_end and write a title between them
