Gulp.js not working on OS X?

gulp.js

I installed everything, according to off-line manuals for mac os, everything works and starts in the console. The clean command worked, but there is to enter gulp, something like directories are scanned, but nothing is added to public.
The configuration file was made on Ubuntu and works fine there

Show me the gulpfile. Judging by the time of work, it did not find any files.
